Vegetable Love
At the Fatted Calf stall last Saturday, I saw the fabulous Guy of MeatHenge ... with bags full of winter veg. I was interested to see what he had in mind for the cauliflower and then caught up on my blog reading enough to see this entry from Chez Panisse Vegetables. Oh my. I'm thinking a version with broccoli and cauli ... and it would be good wrapped in a tortilla, for dinner.
