Silly me
Containerized the enchiladas on Thursday night and then was too busy blogging to pick one up on Friday morning for lunch.
The Bowl was exhausting, not the least because I am the Queen of stuffing a handbasket. Two grocery sacks full and I had to leave off buying flour.
I almost abandoned my Soybean Stuff plans and got asparagus for asparagus enchiladas instead. $2.29 a pound for tips, which is a terrific price for this time of year. With that and $1.29 raspberries, it might as well be spring.
Did not make the Soybean Stuff last night - way too tired. Will do pot roast when I am at the salon today.
